Noventis is a social matching platform for Roblox players. It lets you discover other Roblox users, match with people who share your interests, and chat — all in one place. Think of it as a way to find your Roblox gaming partner or friend group.

Unlike general social apps, Noventis is built specifically around the Roblox community, using your actual Roblox avatar as your profile and verifying your identity through your Roblox account.

Creating an account on Noventis is straightforward:

• Go to the Sign In page and click "Create Account"
• Choose a username (3–30 characters, letters, numbers, underscores, and dashes)
• Set a strong password (12+ characters, must include uppercase, number, and special character)
• Select your gender and optionally your age (must be 16 or older)
• Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• Save your recovery code — it's shown only once!

After registration, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can set up your profile and link your Roblox account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Noventis. This is enforced both during registration (age field requires 16+) and in our Terms of Service. Users under 16 will have their accounts removed if discovered.

Noventis supports both standard username/password registration and Discord OAuth login. You do not need a Discord account to sign up — you can create a regular Noventis account with just a username and password.

If you sign in with Discord, your Discord ID is linked to your account, which enables features like server booster badges. However, your Discord username is never displayed publicly to other users.

To verify your Roblox account and get your avatar displayed on your Noventis profile:

• Go to your Dashboard and find the Roblox verification section
• Enter your Roblox username and click "Start Verification"
• A unique verification code will be generated for you
• Paste this code into your Roblox profile bio (About section)
• Click "Verify" on Noventis — we'll check your bio and confirm ownership
• Once verified, your Roblox avatar will appear on your profile

The code in your bio is removed after verification — you can update your bio freely afterwards.

Roblox verification proves that you actually own the Roblox account linked to your Noventis profile. This helps:

• Build trust with other users — they know your avatar is genuinely yours
• Display your actual Roblox avatar as your profile image
• Show a "Verified" badge on your profile
• Improve your match quality in the discovery system

Verification is optional but strongly recommended for the best experience.

Noventis uses a mutual-like system similar to popular dating apps:

• Go to the Discover page to see a stack of user profiles
• Swipe right (or click the heart button) to like someone
• Swipe left (or click the X button) to pass
• If two users both like each other, it's a match
• A match automatically creates a private chat room between you two

Profiles shown to you are filtered based on your gender preference and age range settings, which you can configure in your dashboard.

Yes. In your dashboard under "Preferences", you can configure:

• Gender preference: Which genders you want to discover (male, female, FB, FT, or all)
• Age range: The minimum and maximum age of users shown to you

These filters apply to the Discover page. Users outside your preferences won't appear in your feed.

Your matches are listed in two places:

• Dashboard → Matches tab: Shows all your mutual matches
• Messages page: All match-based chats appear here alongside any other conversations

Each match creates a private, persistent chat room between you and the other person.

Noventis has two types of messaging:

• Direct Messages: Private chats created when you and another user match. Only the two of you can see these messages. Messages are delivered in real-time via WebSocket.
• Global Chat: A public chatroom open to all Noventis users. It's moderated to keep the community safe. There's a rate limit of 5 messages per 10 seconds to prevent spam.

Yes — in direct messages you can send:

• Text messages
• GIFs (via the GIF picker)
• File attachments up to 2 MB

File uploads are scanned and limited to 2 MB to prevent abuse. Do not share personal information like your real name, address, or phone number in chats.

A recovery code is a long random code generated when you create your account. It is the only way to reset your password if you forget it — Noventis has no email-based password reset.

The recovery code is shown only once immediately after registration. You must save it somewhere safe (a password manager, a secure note, etc.) before continuing to your dashboard.

If you lose both your password and your recovery code, your account cannot be recovered. Keep it safe!

To reset your password:

• Go to the Sign In page
• Click "Forgot password?" below the password field
• Enter your username, your recovery code, and your new password
• Click "Reset Password"

You'll then be able to sign in with your new password. If you don't have your recovery code, the account cannot be recovered.

Noventis allows a maximum of 3 accounts per IP address to prevent abuse and spam. If you've reached this limit and need assistance, please contact us through our Discord server.

Noventis Premium is a subscription that unlocks additional features and cosmetics. Premium members may receive benefits such as:

• A special premium badge on their profile
• Priority placement in the discovery queue
• Access to exclusive shop items
• Additional profile customization options

The Noventis shop lets you spend in-platform currency on cosmetic items like profile decorations, custom badges, and other personalizations. Shop items are purely cosmetic and do not affect matching or any core functionality.

You can visit the shop from your dashboard or the Shop page.

If you encounter a user who is behaving inappropriately, harassing you, or violating our Terms of Service, you can report them directly from their profile. Look for the report button on the profile card or in the chat menu.

Our moderation team reviews all reports. For urgent safety concerns, please also reach out to us directly through our Discord server.

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, threats, or bullying of any kind
• Explicit, adult, or NSFW content of any type
• Sharing personal information of others without consent
• Impersonating other users or public figures
• Spamming messages or using automated bots
• Any content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
